We have a little more than two days to check in! Here's a countdown.

As a reminder, everyone must check in, including pinch hitters. If you don't check in by the end of this period, I'll assume you're defaulting from the exchange. This is also the default deadline if you want to sign up next year without completing a make-up assignment.

Check-in week has arrived! Please go over to this form and fill it in.

If you have multiple assignments (for example, an assignment and a pinch hit) please fill the form in separately for each assignment that you have.

You are required to check in by 11:59pm EDT 14 June 2024. (countdown) If you don't, I will assume you are defaulting. This is also the default deadline to avoid makeup assignments for future rounds.

Please note that all people participating in the exchange as a creator (either as a participant or as a pinch hitter) are required to check in. If you have already turned in your assignment, you're not required to check in, but it's no problem if you do.

I will hold off on posting new pinch hits until the end of the check-in period, so keep an eye out for those!

We're grateful to all our pinch hitters! 5,000 words or 5 pages is a big commitment without any guarantee of a gift in return.

A number of people are writing pinch hits but didn’t sign up for the exchange, and we’d like to give them the opportunity to leave prompts for treats. Treats for pinch hitters go in the same location as treats for anyone else, in the main collection.

If you picked up a pinch hit, aren’t signed up for the exchange, and would appreciate treats, please leave your AO3 name in a comment here along with the fandoms you’re interested in. You can specify characters/relationships, fic or comics, genres, prompts, and DNWs--as much detail as you'd like. Linking to past letters is also fine.
